Refund policy

All products sold on Vishi.edits are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded.

If a product doesn't work on your system and we can't fix it with you, email support@vishiedits.example within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll issue a full refund.

Duplicate payments for the same order are refunded in full. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5–7 business days.
